SYSTEM OF ENERGY MONITORING AND CONTROLLING ELECTRICAL SUPPLY OF MINING MACHINES AND INSTALLATIONS
Purpose of the development:
The essence of the work is to develop a modern intellectual system for monitoring the efficiency of electrical use of mining machines and complexes and managing the distribution equipment of underground power supply systems of coal mines.
Recommended application field:
Systems of underground power supply of coal mines.
Advantages over analogues:
The use of the system allows to optimize the operation of the mine's electric economy and reduce costs:
- electric power consumption for underground mining operations - on average 50 ... 70% 4;
- maximum active capacity of the mine by 5 ... 15%;
- the capacity of underground substations - on average 120 ... 150 kVA per lava;
- cross sections of copper veins of cables to mobile substations - one - two degrees;
- simple production sites for 30 ... 50 hours per year.

A modern intelligent control system for distribution equipment for coal mine power supply has been developed. The introduction of new energy monitoring technologies makes it possible to reduce electricity consumption in production.
Main technical and economic indicators:
- diagnostics of the current state of the equipment of the SPPS and forecasting its residual service life;
- management of equipment of the underground power supply system;
- control of loading of equipment, limits and norms of electric power consumption;
- accounting for the costs of active and reactive energy for production and technological processes.
