Purpose of the development: Creation of new scientific approaches for determining the parameters of electromechanical systems, a technique for determining energy parameters, creating a diagnostic system for electromechanical systems for a wide class of industrial equipment.

Recommended application field: Potential customers of scientific methods are domestic electrical repair enterprises, electric motor manufacturers, metallurgical enterprises, ore mining and processing plants and others.

Advantages over analogues: - accuracy of definition of parameters; - the possibility of monitoring the main energy performance of electric motor systems; - significant increase in system reliability; - optimization of dynamic and energy indicators; - new experimental model of the diagnostic system has been created, it has no analogues in Ukraine; - the scientific work was awarded the President of Ukraine Prize for Young Scientists (2007).

The diagnostic system is designed to monitor the parameters of an asynchronous electric drive. Monitoring is understood as the periodic determination of the parameters and coordinates of the drive, storage of the results of identification and transmission to the user. The result of parameter identification is used to adapt the control system or to optimize its regulatory and energy performance - depending on the class of the production mechanism.
