The fundamentals of the technology of vibration-centrifugal strengthening of internal surfaces of long-length parts have been developed, which provides an increase in the hardness of metal in the near-surface layers of the inner surface of gun barrels and the formation of favorable compressive stresses in them. The proposed strengthening technology is suitable for use in large-caliber artillery and tank guns, drilling and casing pipes, high-pressure pipes. It is proposed to develop technical documentation for technology and reinforcing equipment; making experimental samples of strengthening equipment.
