HIGH-EFFICIENT GEOMECHANIC SYSTEMS OF MONITORING OF UNDERGROUND GEOTECHNICAL SYSTEMS OF MINE AND MINE


Purpose of the development: To improve the efficiency of underground geotechnical systems.

Recommended application field: Mining industry. The work has a large-scale introduction to coal, iron ore, potash, gypsum mines and underground facilities for various purposes in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Latvia.

Advantages over analogues: Approximately 40 means of monitoring various geomechanical processes and systems are proposed. A number of devices have been developed, the novelty and originality of the circuit solutions of which is confirmed by 49 copyright certificates and patents. The equipment is produced serially.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The introduction of the developed methods of forecasting and preventing gas-dynamic phenomena made it possible to reduce the total number of mines in mines by a factor of 1.5-2. Along with the preservation of the life of miners, the economic effect was achieved due to a decrease in the volume of payments by regressive appeals to the affected and their family members, liquidation of the consequences of gas dynamic phenomena, an increase of 1.7 times in the pace of preparatory workings and a decrease in the loss of coal mining of highly loaded lavas, totaling 428 million UAH The actual economic effect from the introduction of tools and techniques for assessing the properties of geomaterials and the geomechanical state of rock massifs in various geotechnical systems and in laboratory research conditions amounted to more than 204 million UAH.

Description of the development:

The national problem of increasing the efficiency of functioning of underground geotechnical systems by creating and implementing a system for monitoring the geomechanical state of structures was solved. Geomechanical monitoring, which includes methods of mining geophysics (ultrasonic, electrometric, seismic, mechanoelectrical, seismoacoustic, electromagnetic, shock wave, etc.), as well as methods for studying the gas content of coal deposits, methane and dust in workings, methods for identifying technogenic zones and the scientific and technical basis for investigating and preventing accidents at mines. Allows you to quickly determine the physical and mechanical properties of rocks on the samples and in the array; to assess the stress-strain state of the rock massif with the identification of the parameters of the anomalous zones (inelastic deformations, reference and geostatic pressures, etc.), to reveal the structural inhomogeneities of the massif (karsts, tectonic disturbances, zones of watercut, the interface of rocks with different physical properties, and e.t.). In addition, to control the static and dynamic manifestations of rock pressure (pressure in the system "mount-array", gas dynamic phenomena, etc.), the content of methane and dust in the excavations, predict possible negative processes in the underground mining geotechnical system.
