TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW RESOURCE-SAVING FIXED AND SECURED STRUCTURES OF CAPITAL PROCESSING


Purpose of the development: Theoretical bases and scientific and technical principles of justification and calculation of security structures and application of means of their fastening.

Recommended application field: Mining industry.

Advantages over analogues: The integral geomechanical concept of solving the problem of ensuring the stability of workings based on the positions of the system and process analysis in determining the structure of the "anchorage (guard structure) - rock massif" as a local geomechanical system is developed. Its functional mining function is achieved using the system-wide control of its state by purposeful management of the state of the array Rock and deformation-force parameters of security structures.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: The economic effect from the introduction into the production of means of fastening and security structures during the construction and reconstruction of mines is more than 100 million UAH. In Ukraine, the introduction of developments in most coal mines has made it possible to reduce the consumption of metal for fixing from 33 to 50%, concrete to 2-2.5 times, to increase 4 times the carrying capacity of security structures, their reliability, to raise the level of mechanization and to reduce labor input of workings by 30-50%.

Description of the development:

For the first time in world science and practice, the theory of creating highly effective resource-saving means for fixing the capital workings of coal mines on the basis of purposeful management of the state and the use of rock massif properties in multi-hierarchical security structures, implementing the idea of achieving a complex system-wide effect of increasing the stability of excavations at great depths of development due to the justification of species , sequence and regulations of control actions on the bearing capacity of the array and deformatsiiono-power characteristics of fastening systems. The proposed high-efficiency resource-saving fastening means are widely implemented in the coal mines of Donbass, laid in the construction of new mines and coal-mining horizons. Theoretical bases and scientific and technical principles of justification and calculation of security structures and application of means of their fastening with the use of the carrying capacity of the near-boundary rock massif, changes in its geomechanical state and deformation-power characteristics of the "clay-rock massif" system are developed.
