Purpose of the development: To preserve the geological environment, energy conservation and the full extent of extraction of coal reserves.

Recommended application field: Coal mining mines in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China, India and other countries.

Advantages over analogues: Created a unique set of technological solutions to preserve the integrity of the mountain range, increases the level of safety of mining operations and technologies to eliminate the breakthrough of the Buchak sand. A new technology of a non-cylinder system for the development of coal seams has been introduced. Implemented a set of new technical level tools for the production of thin coal seams.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The total economic effect from the introduction of development exceeded 185 million UAH. For the first time geotechnical conditions for conducting and maintaining uncivilized main workings of deep horizons were created, in combination with the technology of transition of tectonic disturbances, it was possible to extract 12,500,000 tons of Coal. A set of technical means of the new technical level (CTS Zoe) for the collection and processing of information on electricity supply, representing a distributed, territorially and functionally, two-level local system was developed and implemented.

The problem of preservation of the geological environment, energy saving and completeness of extraction of coal reserves is theoretically justified and practically solved due to the introduction of the newest technologies of non-cylinder mining systems of coal seams taking into account the smoothing of the permeability and stress field gradients on the basis of coal mining enterprises of the Western Donbass. This allowed, in combination with the technology of the transition of tectonic disturbances, in addition to extract 12.5 million tons of coal. A set of new technical means for collecting and processing information on electricity supply was developed and introduced, which is a two-level local system.
