Purpose of the development: The developed materials are used for laying pipes with factory insulating coating of oil and gas pipelines; for transportation of aircraft fuselages; in the coal and sugar industries as filters; for the manufacture of bulletproof vests both directly (light series), and with ceramic and titanium armor plates; in the manufacture of protective elements (armature of the sole, sidewall) of military footwear (berts) for protection against anti-personnel mines; in the manufacture of parachute lanyards for the landing of military equipment.

Recommended application field: Military-industrial complex, oil and gas industry, transport, coal and others. industry.

Technical characteristic: Model of multilayer fabric: STSZ - 5M, STSZ - 10M, STSZ - 15MOD, STSZ - 18BZ, STSZ - 25TS. Interlacing characteristics: 5-, 7-, 8-layer weave. The width of the sample is 80 ± 1 mm. The thickness of the sample: 5.2-9.2 ± 0.5 mm. Surface filling: 70-96 ± 2%. Breaking load of the sample: 80000-140000 ± 50 N. Breaking elongation: 22-64 ± 3%.

Advantages over analogues: The developed structures of multilayered fabrics have bursting alternating loads of 4% and a breaking elongation of 97% more than the steel sheet (steel 3) of the same cross section. At the same time, the productivity of technological equipment is 2.5 times higher with material savings of 12-18%.
