Purpose of the development: The development is aimed at solving the problem of electromagnetic compatibility of operating electronic equipment, reducing the electromagnetic "noticeability" of military electronic equipment, protecting information from electronic devices, meeting rooms, etc., protecting household and special premises from the effects of electromagnetic radiation on a person.

Recommended application field: Development can be used for thermal imagers and optical instruments, radiation monitoring devices, any other electronics, especially one that is concentrated in large numbers on small planes.

Advantages over analogues: The development not only protects electronic devices from electromagnetic radiation, but can also be used in information security systems, in household and special rooms, electromagnetic screens and multi-layer absorbent materials. The developed paint does not contain toxic substances and provides reliable adhesion to the base material of various origins (metals, glass, ceramics, plastic).

The coating reduces the field strength by 100-1000 times (from 20 to 30 dB) in a wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 30 GHz. Experimental batches of paints were used in the manufacture of thermal imagers and optical sights of various types, multifunctional dosimeters-radiometers.
