DIGITAL HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFERENCE MICROSCOPE
Purpose of the development:
The development is intended for obtaining three-dimensional images of phase biological microobjects and conducting quantitative measurements.
Recommended application field:
Users of the developed microscope can be medical institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as industrial enterprises that produce optical elements with a thin transparent coating.
Advantages over analogues:
There are no world analogues.

Description of the development:
() A digital holographic interference microscope (CGIM) makes it possible to investigate native biological microobjects without special processing. This unique device is an indispensable tool in the study of the three-dimensional form of red blood cells, which determines their functional capabilities and can serve as an indicator of the general state of the human body.
TsGIM can be successfully used in biology and medicine to diagnose blood diseases and express diagnostics of the general condition of the body. TsKhIM has also been successfully applied in technology for studying the quality of the surface of thin films: measuring their thickness and geometric parameters of defects.
