Purpose of the development: The rotating vibratory granulator is designed for dispersing the melt of the floating of nitrogen fertilizers into uniform drops in the granulation tower, followed by their cooling and crystallization into solid granules during the free fall in the ascending flow of cold air.

Recommended application field: Chemical industry.

Rotating vibrating granulator is a system of compactly placed main and auxiliary piping equipment. The use of the monodispersion process introduces a fundamental improvement in the technology of obtaining fertilizers. The productivity of the pelletizer on the melt: 10-100 t / h. A substance that is granulated: ammonium nitrate, carbamide, etc. Rotational speed of the basket: 35-150 rpm; The diameter of the spray of the melt: 4-15 m. The modern rotary vibrating granulators of ammonium nitrate and carbamide are manufactured at nitrogen fertilizers in Bulgaria, Estonia, Qatar, Cuba, Poland, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and other countries.
