The strain of Paenibacillus polymyxa has a high antifungal activity against a wide spectrum of micromycetes, the causative agents of common agricultural crops, its active effect is based on the ability of microorganisms to colonize the root zone (rhizosphere and plant rhizoplane), to function throughout the vegetative period of plants, to prevent the penetration of phytopathogenic microorganisms. In addition, the ability of the bioagent of the drug to produce a chitinase enzyme, which acts on the cell walls of microscopic fungi, has been established. The associative effect (the ability to colonize the root zone of plants) was established for a wide range of agricultural plants (cereals, legumes, oilseeds, vegetables, and orchards).
