Purpose of the development: Creation of a new generation of military and civilian vehicles with increased tactical and technical and technical characteristics (TTiTX), thanks to the development and serial production for the acquisition of this equipment of promising engines and units based on the development and implementation of a gamut of high progressive technologies to strengthen the working surfaces of the contacting parts.

Recommended application field: Production and repair of engines and units of military and civilian vehicles of the new generation.

Advantages over analogues: The developed methods, in comparison with traditional ones, significantly (2-3 times) increase the life, strength and durability of machine parts (engines and aggregates), reduce the friction and wear losses by 1.5-2 times.

The basis of the development is based on fundamentally new technical solutions to provide high TTiTX military and civilian equipment due to the high reliability and life of parts of high-loaded pairs of engines and machines assembled with the help of new generation technologies. On this basis, a gamma of high-tech reinforcement methods developed and introduced into production (manufacturing and repair) of military and civil engineering that differ from those known by methods and surface transformation regimes, their application, for example for crankshafts of forced engines, increases the resource by 40% while reducing costs on their production up to 70%. The production of a number of engines for military and civilian vehicles with increased TTiTX has been developed and mastered, incl. - when upgrading the series of internal combustion engines, to create autonomous power units for strategic facilities and for mainline diesel locomotives, etc.
