Purpose of the development: For unloading frozen and stale bulk materials (sand, crushed stone, clay, etc.) from the railway gondola cars.

Recommended application field: Unloader of frozen and stale bulk materials can be used in various industries, where there is a need to unload materials in the winter.

Advantages over analogues: It is more efficient than the current DP-6C due to the use of polyharmonic asymmetric mode of equipment operation. It is universal and can be used for unloading all types of railway wagons. Provides vibration isolation of the motor, which, in consequence, ensures its reliability.

The developed project assumes realization of polyharmonic asymmetric vibro-impact operation of the designed equipment, which provides loosening of heavily frozen and stale bulk materials. The main components of the designed equipment are: elastic non-linear suspension, an overhead frame, a whip body (baking powder) and a double plate with an eccentric-connecting rod vibration exciter.
