Purpose of the development: The aim of the project is to save on fuel oil consumption.

Recommended application field: At any enterprise, using fuel preparation equipment, as well as fuel oil burning units with a flow rate of more than 100 tons per month.

Advantages over analogues: The system provides non-stop monitoring and control of the water emulsion level. Does not require additional space and capital costs. Reducing fuel oil consumption by 10-15%. Decrease in 2-3 times emissions of soot, benzopyrene, C. Disposal of water polluted with oil products (up to 60%). Increase heat transfer of fuel oil.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: Savings on 1 boiler up to 10-15% of funds. Saving up to 12% of conventional fuel and 20% of the melting time when using coal-mazout slurries (up to 35% of coal dust) in the open-hearth furnace production. Emulgation can effectively burn coal tar - high-calorie and cheap (35 cu per ton).

Description of the development:

The development is based on the known data on the intensification of the combustion process and the reduction of toxic emissions from combustion in a combustion chamber of a water-fuel emulsion. Emulsification of fuel oil gives a saving of 10-20% of the latter when incinerated in boilers and furnaces. The fuel oil emulsification system is included in the current fuel supply scheme, without requiring additional areas and capital costs, and provides a transition to the heat generator stops, allowing to regulate and maintain the degree of water emulsion.
