Purpose of the development: Development of methods and equipment for efficient combustion of natural gas, fuel oil, hydrocarbon fuel compositions and lubricated water.

Recommended application field: Enterprises using liquid fuels and gas, and generating thermal and electrical energy for technological or domestic needs.

Advantages over analogues: It has no analogues in Ukraine and in the world. Energy saving. Reduction in 2-3 times of emissions of soot, benz (a) pyrene, NOx, CO. Utilization of water polluted with oil products (up to 60% in volume).

Technical and economic effect: During organizing a mass production of a system for emulsifying liquid fuels, the volume of sales in Ukraine and beyond will be 1,000 units / year.

Description of the development:

Schemes and devices for obtaining an emulsion with an optimum dispersion of 10-15 m. Device that determines the degree of water emulsion and fuel. Software product for quality control of emulsion. The devices are combined into a system for emulsifying liquid fuels, which includes the actual cavitation-jet emulsifier, a block of water emulsion sensors, a command-measuring unit and a throttle regulator.
