Purpose of the development: Increase the corrosion resistance of galvanized coatings on steel products.

Recommended application field: The developed project can be used in various industries, at enterprises that have in their technological cycle galvanic production for galvanizing.

Advantages over analogues: It has no analogues in Ukraine. Can be realized without the introduction of additional technological equipment. Galvanizing technology provides an improvement in the environmental situation by eliminating dangerous cyanide solutions.

The developed technology consists in the modification of the zinc matrix during electrodeposition, which leads to an increase in its corrosion resistance level. Coating is carried out from alkaline electrolytes with organic additives. The novelty of the project is the replacement of traditional zinc coatings with zinc alloys with metals of the iron group (nickel, iron, cobalt).
