HIGH-VOLTAGE OSCILLOGRAPHIC REVOLVE "ISKRA-4"
Purpose of the development:
To determine the distance to the fault location of the power supply cables.
Recommended application field:
In maintenance of power supply cables.
Technical characteristic:
Maximum measured distance to the fault location, km -16.4 * (35 **)
* with a shortening factor of 1.87 for power cables
** by individual order, without changing the cost of the device.
The minimum measured distance to the fault site, m - 3
Measurement resolution, m - 0,5
Parameters of high-voltage probing pulses at a load of 30 Ohm:
amplitude, kV - from 3 to 60;
duration of the front, microseconds, no more than 0,15
pulse duration, ?s, not less than - 2
range of change. gain of the input amplifier, dB from 0 to 60
Parameters of low-voltage sounding pulses at 30 Ohm load:
amplitude, V, not less than - 5
duration of the front, microseconds, no more than 0.02
pulse duration, ?s, - 0,05-10
range of change. gain of the input amplifier, dB from 0 to 60
Setting range of shortening factor from 1,000 to 3,000
Screen Settings:
screen size, mm 95x55
resolution of the indicator, points 210x128
The maximum operating voltage of the pulse voltage sensor, kV - 60. The reflectometer allows continuous operation for 8 hours.
The operating life of the reflectometer is at least 5 years.
Advantages over analogues:
The device allows you to save an unlimited number of waveforms on an external storage medium (USB-flash) or compare any two waveforms between each other during the measurement. With a connected USB-flash, the operator can compare an unlimited number of different waveforms during measurements.
The device allows:
Detect and determine the distance to the place of damage or inhomogeneity by the local (reflectometric) method on symmetrical and asymmetrical cables;
to measure the length of cables (including on drums and in coils) or the distance to the places of breakage or short circuit;
store, store and process measurement results;
as part of a mobile laboratory to determine the distance to damage in cables up to 15.3 km (35 km) in all types of damage without the use of a preliminary complete burning of insulation.
The development stage readiness:
Introduced in production
Description of the development:
