CAMERA OF SMALL VOLUME AND A SET OF CHANGED CHAMBERS FOR MICROPHONES CHECK


Purpose of the development: The working standard according to DSTU 3990-2000, intended for verification of microphones by determining their frequency characteristics by pressure in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 2 kHz.

Recommended application field: In metrology.

Technical characteristic: - the total coefficient of nonlinear distortions of the camera and the pathogen - not more than 3%; - the input resistance of the exciter to a direct current - 40 Ohm; - the maximum permissible voltage applied to the exciter - 1V; - the sound pressure level with a voltage of 0 * 5 V applied to the RMS at a frequency of 1000 Hz is from 115 to 135 dB (typical value - 124 dB); - the deviation of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the KMO in the range from 20 Hz to 2000 Hz from the level at a frequency of 250 Hz - ± 15 dB; - dimensions, weight: КМО - 95x65 mm; 0,6 kg. SK (in the complete set of 3 pieces) - 60x43x38 mm; 0,2 kg. A packing case with equipment - 400x255x100 mm; 3,5 kg.

Depending on the size of the microphones, SK is selected and installed on the CMO (threaded). Two microphones are inserted inside the SC: the reference and measured ones. Rubber rings provide a durable fixation of microphones. With the help of a cable, a sinusoidal signal is sent from the ACM exciter, tuned in frequency and level according to the program of measurements. Signals from microphones are fed to the measuring channels of the APK "ACOUSTIC". The measurements are carried out in an automatic mode with the documentation of the measurement results. It is supposed to work together with the ASC "AKUSTIK".
