MEASURING OF THE KINEMATIC AND DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF ELEVATORS


Purpose of the development: For carrying out acceptance and certification tests of elevators, during which the parameters of movement of the elevator car in all modes (including when catchers are triggered and when they are placed on the buffer) are monitored. High resolution of angular measurements (of the order of 2 angular minutes) makes it possible to use the Meter to control the amount of play in the winches, etc. Standard sets of locating and fixing devices are designed for measurements on the roof of the elevator car. There is an experience of using the Meter for examining escalators. Its adaptation to the measurement of the parameters of the movement of cable cars has been carried out.

Recommended application field: In the expert technical centers.

Technical characteristic: The set includes: - the measuring transducer; - a set of primary converters; - a set of adjusting devices; - a set of fasteners; - interface cable; - mobile computer with software; - transport - working laying; The set of adjusting devices includes a telescopic quill and other devices. The set of primary converters includes a friction roller for converting the linear translational motion into a rotary and end nozzle for contact with the ends of the shafts of the objects under study.

Advantages over analogues: The possibility of simultaneously registering three parameters of linear or rotational motion with a sufficiently high accuracy (path 0.35%, speed 1%, acceleration 4%). Technical and warranty maintenance of meters, maintenance and improvement of software, metrological certification and periodic verification of meters in the state enterprise "Ukrmetrteststandart" are carried out, training is carried out on measurement methods, regular participation in testing of elevators in Kiev.

The principle of the measuring transducer is based on the transformation of the translational or rotational motion of the object into the rotational motion of the input shaft of the transducer, and then converting this rotation into a sequence of electric pulses, the number of which is proportional to the angular displacement taking into account the direction of rotation of the input shaft. These data are transferred to a mobile computer, in which all further processing, data recording, digital and graphical display of measurement results are carried out.
