Purpose of the development: To solve the problem of timely registration of sparking of the brush-contact device of turbogenerators in order to prevent the appearance of "circular fire".

Recommended application field: In turbogenerators.

Technical characteristic: The developed spark indicator "INIS-1" includes two inductive sensors, a measuring device, a remote device and the corresponding programming support.

Advantages over analogues: High-frequency sparking signals in the band of operating frequencies from 130 kHz to 32 mHz are allocated with the help of differential induction sensors installed on the current conductors of the SchKKA. With the help of a measuring device mounted on the housing of the PWC, a "weak" and "strong" sparking is recorded and indicated.

The remote unit is installed on the control panel, providing a light and sound indication of the level of sparking. The elementary statistics on the level of sparking are cyclically calculated. An array of these data is updated every 4.8 seconds. When an external query is received, statistics are output on the KZ-485 interface in the form of a data frame. This is the main mode of operation of the device at the power plant - the provision of data on the status of the SCCH at the request of the diagnostic server. Several copies of the INIS device are in trial operation on turbo-generators.
