Purpose of the development: To test the pressure of various products (vessels, cylinders, pipes, etc.) subject to mandatory and voluntary certification for compliance with regulatory technical requirements.

Technical characteristic: The subsystem for measuring and recording the pressure has the following metrological characteristics: the measurement error is 1% of the upper limit of the operating range of the sensor used, the system is equipped with three pressure sensors with a working range of 100 bar, 250 bar and 1000 bar, a sampling rate of 140 Hz, up to 1 hour The video surveillance subsystem is built using the 4-channel DVR DVR and a compact color video camera with infrared light SWP-CL600SD (600 TVL resolution, 1/3 "Sony matrix, waterproof performance, focal length 3.8 mm). Hardware and software supported connecting up to 4 video cameras. The IR illumination in the camcorder used is activated automatically if the external light source is turned off. A complete set of cables for video surveillance subsystems and 'Current loops' allows you to extend the test area and the location of personnel with control equipment by 10 m. If necessary, the cable lengths can be increased up to 100 m. The test system includes a computer that is used simultaneously in the subsystem of measurement and recording of pressure and in the subsystem of video control.

Advantages over analogues: The registrar passed metrological certification at the state enterprise "Ukrmetrteststandart" (up to 600 bar), one of the sensors was certified up to 1000 bar at the state enterprise "Kharkovstandardmetrology".

During the test, the pressure measurement results are automatically documented. The test zone (eg underground bunker) is controlled by the video surveillance subsystem, since locating it in people during tests is not allowed. The main mode of the special software of the subsystem of measurement and recording of pressure: The "Pressure Monitor" mode is the observation and recording of pressure trends. The pressure value is displayed digitally and in the form of a pressure change graph for a certain time interval. Set the recording duration, start recording, end of recording, record name. Mode "Display of trends of pressure records". It is possible to read the pressure values by the records presented in graphic form, the measurements on the plot, scaling the graphs, exporting graphs to Word reports and the like.
