APPARATUS FOR MEASURING THE PARAMETERS OF CONDENSER MICROPHONES USING AN ELECTROSTATIC METHOD
Purpose of the development:
To determine the frequency characteristics of 1 "and 1/2" capacitor microphones according to the electrostatic pressure in the frequency range 20 Hz - 20 kHz.
Recommended application field:
In instrument making.
Technical characteristic:
- rated input voltage - Up to 1 V RMS;
- variable output voltage - Up to 100 V RMS (Cout = 20 nF);
- the frequency range is from 20 to 20,000 Hz;
- deviation AFC from the level at a frequency of 1000 Hz - Within ± 0.6 dB;
- the bias voltage is 300, 500, 800 V DC (Rout = 10 M?);
- the deviation of the bias voltage setting - ± 5 V;
- the gain of the input signal is 100 ± 5%.
Advantages over analogues:
Application of a powerful high-voltage (450 V) operational amplifier PA91 from Cirrus Logic.

Description of the development:
() Automated measurements of the characteristics of condenser microphones using an electrostatic exciter and an amplifier UEV-1 are conducted jointly with the APK "ACOUSTIC". In accordance with the measuring program, the "ACOUSTIC" block produces a test sinusoidal signal. The amplifier UEV-1 forms a control voltage for an electrostatic driver, which is mounted on a verified microphone. Measuring the parameters of the microphone signal is carried out with the help of APK "ACOUSTIC".
An amplifier with a power supply unit is subject to state verification. Calibration interval - 1 year.
