VIBRATION MILL FOR MECHANOACTIVATION OF LOOSE MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
The development is intended for the realization of the process of fine grinding of bulk materials, provided that the specific energy consumption is reduced.
Recommended application field:
Agricultural production, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and construction industries.
Advantages over analogues:
- high performance;
- low specific energy consumption;
- ability to mechanically activate the processed material, which provides the creation of a number of new products;
- simplicity of constructive realization.
The development stage readiness:
Pre-production model is made
Technical and economic effect:
Vibrational grinding is characterized by a significant increase in the dispersion of the processed material and promotes the generation of more soluble polymorphous modifications, intensifies the distribution of drug substances in carriers, and also contributes to the considerable destruction of the crystal lattice of the material until it is completely amorphized.
Description of the development:
() The idea of the project is to create a highly efficient continuous vibration mill for the realization of the process of highly efficient grinding of loose raw materials with its structural mechanoactivation. This processing technology will create a number of new products for the consumer.
Ukrainian University has created a vibratory mill, which provides fine grinding:
- vegetable raw materials for the production of high-energy pellets;
- phytochemicals for the production of homeopathic preparations;
- glauconite for the production of entero-and immunosorbent powder, which is characterized by radio-sorption properties;
- mineral substances for the production of highly active premixes;
- limestone for the production of environmentally friendly building blocks.
