TECHNOLOGY OF ENVIRONMENTALLY CLEAN BIODIVERSITY TAPE WITH THERMOSTEN PROPERTIES FOR HOT BEVERAGES


Purpose of the development: Development of technology for ecologically clean biodegradable thermostable packaging for food products, in particular, beverages served in cold or hot form.

Recommended application field: Restaurants, restaurants, educational institutions, retail, etc.

Advantages over analogues: - environmentally friendly - the proposed packaging will quickly decompose at the expense of food components that make up their composition; - simplicity of manufacture - the technological process of obtaining packaging will not be difficult, does not require the development of specialized equipment, technological parameters can be provided on existing equipment for the production of containers; - thermostability - the proposed packaging will be able to withstand the temperature of the drink to 100 ° C without impairing its taste, distorting the shape of the packaging or changing its composition; - low cost - recipe components, which are planned to be used in the packaging, which are available in Ukraine, inexpensive, no waste is provided; - naturalness; - ease of use.

The development stage readiness: tested in laboratory condition

Technical and economic effect: Development of the technology of environmentally friendly biodegradable packaging will significantly improve the state of the environment by reducing the use of harmful plastic containers that do not decompose in the soil under normal conditions and lead to environmental contamination.

The Ukrainian University has developed biodegradable containers with heat-resistant properties for hot drinks based on gel-forming components of protein-polysaccharide nature. The recipe composition of the container allows not only to preserve the natural taste of the drink, but also to impart to it, at the request of the consumer, additional taste-aromatic properties - sweet, sour or other flavors, various flavors, or enrich it with biologically active compounds - minerals, vitamins, etc. Giving additional organoleptic indicators or increasing biological value is possible at the expense of natural flavoring or biologically active substances that are part of the packaging.
