Purpose of the development: For molecular genetic diagnosis of the prognosis markers for the course of the disease with viral hepatitis C; evaluation of the effectiveness and side effects of treatment according to the standard scheme (pegylated interferon and ribavirin) for the purpose of individual therapy scheme, based on the results of DNA diagnostics of the pharmacogenetic markers of the patient.

Recommended application field: Medicine. Specialized diagnostic laboratories, establishments of the health care system of Ukraine.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogues. Using the test system will determine the characteristics of the genetic profile and appoint a personalized scheme for effective treatment.

A laboratory sample containing a diagnostic kit of reagents and a flow chart for carrying out DNA analysis of allelic variants of TLR3, IFNL4, and ITPA-markers of prognosis of viral hepatitis C and individual response to treatment according to the standard scheme. Level of readiness for the development of IRL5, TRL5. On request, the production of test samples, as well as staff training.
