A test system for the diagnosis of P-leukemia with a polymerase chain reaction was developed and tested for the detection of a hybrid bcr / abl gene, a marker of this rearrangement. The development was tested in the hematological department of the Kyiv Regional Oncology Center, the R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology.
