Purpose of the development: The system is designed for the dipheline molecular genetic diagnosis of myeloid neoplasms in the institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and is designed to detect: - the bizarre BCR / AVLI gene; - mutations in the kinase domain of the bizarre BCR / AVLI gene; - mutations of the JAK2 gene; - mutations of the CALR gene; - mutations of the MPL gene.

Recommended application field: Medicine.

Advantages over analogues: The use of the system makes it possible to carry out a complex diphecial molecular-genetic diagnosis of myeloid neoplasms no worse than the world's analogues at a lower cost.

The system contains sets of specific oligonucleoid primers and protocols for their application. The system was tested on clinical specimens in the institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. On request, it is possible to prepare for an industrial production, as well as staff training.
