TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

WIRELESS AUTOMATED CHARGING STATION ELECTRIC EMERGENCY WITH THE FUNCTION OF NON-CONTACT IDENTIFICATION OF ACCESS


Purpose of the development: Automation of processes when charging electric vehicles, access control with the help of contactless identification and monitoring of emergency modes of operation of the power network with the provision of monitoring functionality.

Recommended application field: The project is focused on the structure of the urban services sector (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and others), which act as customers of the infrastructure of charging stations for electric vehicles of customers.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed project allows building a flexible infrastructure of charging stations for electric vehicles through the use of access control functions and the possibility of electricity charging. The use of automation of the charging process significantly reduces the influence of the "human factor", which increases electrical safety and comfort.

Technical and economic effect: The development and dissemination of the infrastructure of secure automated charging stations solves the problem of reduced mileage of electric vehicles from one charge and also significantly reduces the cost of electric vehicles by reducing the capacity of the traction battery.

Description of the development:

Stationary equipment of an automatic charging station is used to determine the level of charging current of the traction battery of an electric vehicle. The stationary equipment of the automatic charging station is designed for installation in any place where there is an electrical connection to the 220 V AC power network. When installing in an open space, there must be a protective cover that protects against direct rain. Stationary equipment of an automatic charging station in real time: - determines the presence of an electric vehicle connection to the charging station; - determines the state of connection of the electric vehicle to the charging station (connected, disconnected and charged); - determines the parameters of the charging process (current and charging time); - makes the collection and processing of information coming from analog and digital sensors; - identifies emergency operation modes (insulation damage and current loss, absence of grounding of the supply network).
