The production of CLATRAN is based on the ability of brown coal to move into a mobile liquid-propelled state with minimum energy costs. CLATRAN ensures a guaranteed increase in yield and production of ecologically clean crops (barley and wheat) at a background of 20 centners / ha to 47-53 c / ha, for the second year without fertilizer application - 30-35 c / ha; as well as vegetable crops. The tests of KLATRAN were conducted on experimental sites: the Donetsk Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Scientific-Research Technological Institute "Minproekt", the Institute of Soil Science named after them. D. Pushkarov (Bulgaria) and others.
