TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

SPECIAL CEMENTS AND CONCRETE ON THE BASIS OF FUEL AND COMPOUND COMPOUNDS


Purpose of the development: Special cements with increased physical and mechanical properties and performance characteristics are designed for lining of high-temperature aggregates of chemical, metallurgical and oil refining industries operating under extreme conditions.

Recommended application field: The proposed materials can be manufactured at existing cement and refractory industries without additional capital costs.

Advantages over analogues: The developed concrete, printed and shotcrete-mass have a number of advantages in comparison with the lining of artificial refractory products: a laborious and expensive firing operation is eliminated, it is possible to obtain a monolithic lining of a large size and complex configuration. Application of the developed refractory materials allows to increase the service life of lining 1,5-2 times, to reduce the number of technological stops and preventive repairs, to reduce energy costs and the cost of lining. The replacement of binders used today in radiation-resistant concrete with the proposed non-traditional cements will increase the operational properties of the protective materials (since in this case the "lumbago" of the astringent in concrete will be excluded), and also reduce the thickness of the half-weakening layer of ionizing radiation in the 1.5- 2 times.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Technical and economic effect: The forecasted volume of demand in the domestic market is more than 500 tons per year, the expected price of the goods is 3.2 thousand UAH per ton, the plan for the expected sale of products is 1600 thousand UAH per year.

The original compositions of special cements based on refractory compounds and concretes with their use with high performance indicators have been developed: compressive strength 40-70 MPa, refractoriness 1700-2500 ° С, heat resistance more than 20 thermal changes, degree of decontamination in the temperature range 100-2200 ° С not more than 20%; slag-, radiation and corrosion resistance.
