Purpose of the development: Providing rapid construction and restoration of concrete and reinforced concrete structures for strategic purposes, incl. to improve the reliability and durability of defensive structures, the use of 3D-printing of building structures of various architectural forms, where the speed of a set of early design characteristics of concrete is very important.

Recommended application field: Potential consumers of such cements and concrete can be construction companies of specialized transport construction (tankcadromes, manufacturing and rapid repair of runways of aerodromes, bridge structures, etc.), construction units of the State Emergency Service and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for the construction of protective structures various purposes, incl. to counteract dynamic, seismic and explosive loads.

Advantages over analogues: In comparison with the known analogues, the resulting cements and concretes are characterized by a 2-5-fold increase in the speed of the early strength set.

The early strength of cement and concrete (2-3 hours) at a compression of 10-30 MPa with a regulated viability in the range of 10-50 min, followed by a steady increase in strength for 28 days to 80-120 MPa, high adjustable ratios Rzg / Rst> 0.12, which characterizes the high crack resistance of the obtained materials.
