PHOTOGRAPHIC-MASTIC ASFALABETONS OF HIGH STRENGTH
Purpose of the development:
Crushed-mastic asphaltic concrete (SCHMA) is designed for laying the upper layers of road clothes of high-speed highways.
Recommended application field:
Construction of asphalt-concrete rough and coarse coverings of motorways of the highest category.
Advantages over analogues:
The proposed PMMA differ significantly higher than the traditional, stability of the composition at all technological stages and strength. The modulus of elasticity of such SCMs is 1.5 times higher than that of traditional West European ones. There is no need for expensive polymeric imported fibers, and accordingly, the cost of PMMA is reduced by 20-25%. Manufacturing and installation of high-strength SCM in the coating does not require special equipment.

Description of the development:
() Based on the principle of controlling the properties of bituminous binders by introducing a finely dispersed component into the mixture, MMA formulations have been developed in which structuring, resistance against segregation and viscosity increase are provided by a certain ratio of bituminous binder and powder.
