Investigation of brown coal electronic materials (EM) was obtained by a new method of alkaline activation with thermal shock-rapid introduction of a mixture of coal-KOH in a heated reactor with an isothermal shutter up to 800 ° C. Samples of EM were obtained from demineralized brown coal with ash content <0.5%. The brown coal emulsion is acceptable for use in ionizers, stable in the field of electrolyte (EI <2.7 V), has a gravimetric capacity of 100 F / g and a storage capacity of ~ 70% at a current density of 10 A / h, withstands 10,000 cycles at practically fully maintaining the starting value of the capacity.
