Purpose of the development: To diagnose malignant neoplasm of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues.

Recommended application field: Medicine. Oncology.

Advantages over analogues: Has no domestic counterparts. Similar developments are used in leading oncohematological centers in Europe.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: The developed method allows to significantly reduce the cost of research in comparison with similar studies abroad and to conduct high-quality diagnostics directly in Ukraine.

Description of the development:
()
Cytological and immunocytochemical studies are performed directly in blood smears, bone marrow, fine needle points using a wide panel of monoclonal antibodies. The method makes it possible to obtain permanent preparations, to determine the immunophenotype of pathological cells using a conventional microscope using small amounts of the material under study, and is available for laboratories that do not have cost equipment. The development has been tested in a number of clinics and prepared for widespread implementation. Complex diagnostic researches to order. Training of personnel for the organization of diagnostic laboratories.
