The device allows the tenso-algometric method to fix the threshold of pain sensitivity. Carried out before clinical trials in rats. The indicator of the pain threshold was the pressure, fixed at the time of the expressed pain reaction of the animal (squeaking or withdrawal of the paw). Information is displayed on the screen in real time. The novelty consists in replacing the needle and tweezers with a metal plate attached to the skin. A load is connected to the plate, which presses on the metal plate with a certain pressure, which is fixed.
