Purpose of the development: To carry out aviation work in the interests of various economic sectors: patrolling of linear objects, cartography and aerial photography, real-time video surveillance, and the like.

Recommended application field: Civil airlines, power and special structures of Ukraine.

Technical characteristic: M-7D "Heavenly Patrol" - a two-engine aircraft of normal design with a high wing. Under the gondola there is an opening for installation of the camera of the lower / front view. Basic specifications of BPS: - starting weight, kg - up to 150; - weight of payload, kg - up to 50; - maximum speed, km / h - 190; - maximum flight altitude, m - up to 5000; - maximum flight duration, hours - up to 10; - a way of starting and landing - in an airplane way; - control mode - automatic / semi-automatic.

Advantages over analogues: BPS M-7D has high take-off characteristics, which is attractive for runways with ground cover / for high-altitude aerodromes; two engines provide high reliability of flight. Given the low probability of failure of two power plants at the same time, BPS M-7D is significantly more reliable than single-engine BPS. The world analogues of this BPS are: INTA (Italy), Indra Sistemas (Spain).

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: The market on the BPS of the world: the need for them is formed by the countries in connection with the gradual transition of operators from manned aircraft to unmanned aircraft. The Ukrainian market has a capacity for M-7D within 5-10 complexes, some of which can be used by civil airlines, and some - by special services. The world market can have a capacity of 50-100 complexes, depending on the required modifications of the BPS M-7D.

M-7D "Heavenly Patrol" comes complete with a ground control station. At this stage BPS M-7D undergoes the procedure of obtaining the certificate of the experimental PS (order No. 493 of the DAS of Ukraine).
