INSTALLATION FOR FLUID WATER PURIFICATION


Purpose of the development: It is designed to treat wastewater to a condition suitable for its use for drinking, as well as for various technical purposes.

Recommended application field: In the electric power industry, mechanical engineering, food industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.

Advantages over analogues: The basic impurities from water are allocated in the form of commodity products, suitable for further use. Significant reduction in energy costs (up to 40%). The service life of membranes is increased to 5-10 years (instead of 2 years on average). Utilization of organic impurities for the production of emulsion fuels.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: These innovative solutions make it possible to achieve a significant economic effect in comparison with analogues.

These technologies are distinguished by an optimal combination of traditional evaporative crystallization and principally new (membrane and electromembrane, and pyrocavitational) methods for treating solutions. The developed integrated technologies allow to receive water from contaminated sewage, suitable for use in drinking and technical purposes up to the supply of direct-flow energy boilers. At the same time, the main impurities from water are allocated in the form of commodity products, suitable for use in power engineering, production of building materials, utilities and other industries. Variants of this technology are the technology of drainless processing of mine waters (Figure 1), technology of in-line water treatment for power engineering, technology of drainless galvanic drainage cleaning, technology of drainage processing of water of hydraulic fracturing of gas layers, technology of continuous processing of flushing liquor, technology of regeneration of spent chromate solutions. The technical characteristics depend on the required plant capacity, the chemical composition of the effluent and the requirements for purified water. In particular, it is possible to implement: processing of mine waters; water treatment for power engineering; cleaning of galvanic peaks; water treatment of hydraulic fracturing of gas layers; processing of sap alkali; utilization of used chromate solutions. By order, technology, installation, and warranty service are developed.
