The developed multilayer coating is formed from several functionally different polymer materials applied in a certain sequence, with certain time intervals between the layers. Each layer has its own functional purpose, which made it possible to solve the problems of obtaining a composite polymer film that combines the properties of polyurethane (elasticity, moisture resistance and chemical resistance) with high strength characteristics of epoxy materials. Due to the fact that the modified base component of each of the materials used is the same, interlaminar crosslinking occurs, which leads to an increase in cohesive strength between the layers and, as a consequence, loss of the ability to delaminate the polymer coating. On request, production, warranty service, as well as staff training for the implementation of coating operations are carried out.
