COMPLEX OF PROGRAMS FOR CALCULATION AND DESIGNING OF A PROTECTIVE PART OF ENERGY INSTALLATIONS
Purpose of the development:
For design of high-efficiency flow parts of steam, gas and hydraulic power plants.
Recommended application field:
Enterprises of power engineering, aviation gas turbines, design offices and enterprises that design and manufacture steam and gas turbine equipment.
Advantages over analogues:
The complex of programs allows to develop flow parts with a high level of efficiency, to shorten the time of their design, and in all key indicators, the analogues in Ukraine are better.
The development stage readiness:
tested in laboratory condition
Description of the development:
() Simulation of spatial viscous flows is performed on the basis of numerical integration of the Reynolds equations using the implicit quasimonotonic Godunov scheme of increased accuracy. To account for turbulent effects, a two-parameter model of Menter's turbulence is used. The complex of programs makes it possible to search for the rational shape of the scapular apparatus by means of a computational experiment without involving a physical experiment.
On request, design and calculation of the flow parts of power plants are carried out.
