TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DECOMPOSITION TECHNOLOGY SEDIMENTATION OF AERATION STATIONS BY GEOTEXTILE MATERIALS


Purpose of the development: Reduction of the water content in sediments of aeration stations.

Recommended application field: Aeration stations.

Technical characteristic: - dewatering of aerobically-stabilized precipitation in a pilot plant; - sample COD - mgO2 / dm3 - Dry residue, mg / dm3 - suspended substances, mg / dm3; - the precipitate is 10400 - 11950 - 10980; - the filtrate is 240 - 860 - 46.

Advantages over analogues: The process of dehydration of precipitation in a regime where the sediment from the outside of the container was first used. The proposed technologies allow: to reduce the load on sludge grounds of treatment facilities; deep purification of the reverse overhead water, which is supplied from the sludge ponds to the head of the process of biological treatment of sewage; reduce the level of the mirror of the silt maps in order to increase their working volume and reduce the load on the dams; dehydrate accumulated mules by placing them in geotextile containers; to condition precipitation of any nature (except for aggressive ones).

Description of the development:

The process of sludge dewatering of the aeration station in the mode of "sediment inside the container" water through the geotextile material beyond the container "and in the" sedimentation from the outside of the container "water through the geotextile material into the container with its permanent withdrawal". The issue of regeneration of filter modules has been solved. The technological scheme is developed and instructed on request.
