Purpose of the development: The device is designed to measure the transverse profile of the coating for the purpose of detailed rutting, determining the type of rut, identifying the causes of its occurrence, studying the variation in rutting in time with the aim of predicting and estimating the quantity of the road structure.

Recommended application field: Enterprises subordinated to the State Agency of Highways of Ukraine, regional services of highways of Ukraine.

Technical characteristic: Dimensions: 2500x150x300 mm. Weight: 12 kg. Range of measuring the distance of the laser sensor: 80-320 mm. Carriage speed: 20 m / s. Duration of profile recording: 20 sec. Power supply: 12 V.

Advantages over analogues: In comparison with the known devices, the device allows to determine not only the maximum depth of the track, but also its lateral configuration, which is necessary for establishing the reasons for the track. Does not require a computer when measuring the transverse profile, it provides mobility and autonomy of work.
