Purpose of the development: The developed technologies allow expanding the base of production of lubricants due to available and cheap technical vegetable oils, and also to expand the technological and tribotechnical foundations of resource-saving production of high-quality and environmentally friendly lubricants, transmission and hydraulic fluids, greases, industrial oils based on rapeseed oil.

Recommended application field: Metalworking, rolling, etc.

Advantages over analogues: The development solves the urgent problems of resource saving due to renewable raw materials and energy saving, since it allows producing new biological energy carriers: biofuel (boiler and diesel) and bio-biofuels, bio-solvents and technical fluids, and new additives to lubricants. Also, the development solves a number of environmental problems: it increases the safety of human ecology and the environment, contributes to the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex.

A number of new additives to base oils have been created, as well as for technical oils of various classes, for example, the emulsion "Raplomol-EP": the working concentration is 3%, the hydrogen index is 7.5-8.5, the density at 20 ° С is 978- 987 g / cm3, corrosion resistance - is maintained according to TU.14-1-708. The development expands the range and improves the quality of domestic lubricants. Emulsol "Raplomol-EP" and paste-concentrate "Rapla-P1v" are successfully used at the enterprises of Ukraine.
