STRUCTURED CATALYSTS OF COMBINED REFORMING C1-C4-ALKANES IN SYNTHESIS-GAS
Purpose of the development:
To produce synthesis gas by combined O2-CO2-H2O-reforming of natural gas (methane and its homologs) for the following syntheses of ammonia, methanol, diethyl ether, and Fischer-Tropsch syntheses.
Recommended application field:
Chemical industry.
Advantages over analogues:
Compared with analogs, the catalyst is cheaper to operate, has a low content of active components, is characterized by high performance, resistance to carburization and the action of sulfur-containing compounds, low gas-dynamic resistance, a wide range of operating temperatures (500-1000 ° C), and the absence of precious metals in the composition.

Tested experimental exploitation order
Description of the development:
() Catalyst collar structure with a low content of active components and low gas-dynamic resistance; allows to realize the process of oxidative combined reforming with a C1-C4-alkane with the participation of O2, H2O, CO2, it allows to produce synthesis gas with an adjustable H2 / CO ratio from 1 to 3; allows you to implement the autothermal mode.
By order, an industrial design is manufactured, production is licensed.
