PIEZOELECTRIC AND ACOUSTOPTICAL ENVIRONMENTAL PURE CRYSTALS


Purpose of the development: The development concerns the growth of active dielectric crystals of NaBi (MoO4) 2, BiV (Nb) O4, LiNbO3, TeO2 for the needs of modern optoelectronics on an industrial scale.

Recommended application field: Optoelectronics.

Advantages over analogues: In the development, the possibilities of varying the parameters of synthesis and complex research are combined, which makes it possible to establish a connection between physical properties and structural features, growing conditions and technological processing of the materials obtained.

The development stage readiness: tested in laboratory condition

Description of the development:

Piezoelectric and acousto-optic eco-friendly crystals and thin films are offered. The factors influencing the increase in the efficiency of piezoelectric and acousto-optic, environmentally friendly materials are established. The subject of the research is its own defective states, size effects and modifications of the composition of materials near the morphotropic phase boundary, the research and use of which will improve the efficiency of eco-friendly piezoelectric and acousto-optic materials. Methods of improving the optical quality of crystals have been practically tested.
