The essence of the development is to take into account the systemic links of natural and man-made factors with structural and functional factors that change with increasing scale of exploration of underground space from separate underground structures and a localized mountain range to multifunctional complexes of an underground city and its changing logical environment. The basic approach is based on the understanding of the problem of developing the underground space of a city not as a one-time construction of separate underground structures, but as the implementation of a system concept and strategic plan for the development of underground urban development of a megacity of city development in the future. The proposed concept is developed on the example of a proposal for the development of the underground space of Kiev. Filed an application for an invention.
