CATALYST FOR CLEANING EMISSIONS OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE FROM CO, NITROGEN OXIDES AND ORGANIC COMPOUNDS
Purpose of the development:
Purification of vehicle exhaust gases and boiler units from CO, NOx and organic compounds.
Recommended application field:
Chemical industry.
Technical characteristic:
Degree of cleaning from:
- СО-95-98% (95% conversion is achieved at 170 ° С);
- NOx - 98-99% (98% conversion is achieved at 220 ° C);
- organic compounds - 90-98% (90% conversion is achieved 300 ° C);
- temperature range of work - 150-600 ° С.
Advantages over analogues:
The developed technology of catalysts allows reducing the content of platinum metals by 2-3 times in comparison with analogues without decreasing the efficiency. The catalysts are characterized by a low temperature to achieve high degrees of purification from toxic components (170-300 ° C) and resistance to sulfur compounds.
