Purpose of the development: The energy-condensed granulated system of Ukrainein-ANFO is intended to replace trotyl in the destruction of rocks in underground conditions. The system is characterized by a minimum amount of harmful products of the explosion, which is extremely important for mines with complicated ventilation.

Recommended application field: Ukrainit-ANFO can be successfully used in underground mines for pneumatic charging of dry bore-holes and wells for the replacement of regular TNT explosives, which can significantly reduce the use of hazardous and toxic TNT.

Advantages over analogues: The developed technologies for the modification of agricultural granulated ammonium nitrate provide a product with uniform impregnation of the granules without leakage and migration of the fuel phase for a long time (more than 3 months). Non-toxic products of processing vegetable fats that do not have the smell of petroleum products are used as a fuel component. The product does not contain TNT, aluminum, diesel fuel and mineral oils.

Ukrainit-ANFO has the form of granular granular mass from gray to brown and is characterized by high explosive-technical indicators: the critical diameter of an open charge is 40-45 mm; explosion heat - 3760-3820 kJ / kg; detonation speed in the steel shell - 3.2-3.8 km / s; with the volume of explosion gases of 980-990 l / kg, the amount of harmful gases of the explosion (in terms of conventional CO) is 27-38 l / kg; the transition from deflagration to detonation in a closed volume is excluded; bulk density 750-950 kg / m3 at a temperature of 20 ± 10 ° С; sensitivity to friction on the K-44-III scraper,> = 702 MPa. The technology of obtaining Ukrainit-ANFO is implemented in conditions of industrial production according to the specifications of Ukraine.
