Purpose of the development: Development purpose - Increase of parameters of quality of welding joints by means of the control of crystallization and welds formstion processes.

Recommended application field: Fields of application: Chemical and power engineering, manufacture of flying vehicles.

Advantages over analogues: Main difference of the developed way of welding from similar devepments, connected wirh the use of external magnetic fields, is excitation of volumetric ponderomotoric forces in the bath by means of interaction of radial welding current components and axial component of operating magnetic field.

Use of the developed way of welding permits to lower 2,5 -3 times the tendency to formation of hot cracks, 8 - 10 times porosity of welds, to considerably improve mechanical and properties parameters of welds formation. The development advantage is that at practical its use there is no necessity to change the conventional apporoaches for choice of welding materials, modes and regular equipment. Controlsystem of welding practically uninnertial. The magnetic management is executed without direct contact of managing devices with the zone of welding, it is easily automated and does not require additional charges on requirement of welding units.
