PORTABLE AUTOMATIC GAS ANALYZER FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE HUMAN HEALTH CONDITION


Purpose of the development: To diagnose the state of human health according to the system of indicators.

Recommended application field: The medicine. Diagnosis of human health.

Technical characteristic: Depending on the need, the device can determine oxygen concentration with a working range of 0-21%; carbon dioxide with a working range of 0-10%; carbon monoxide with a working range of 0-1%). Temperature conditions for operation of the device - 0-50 ° C. The range of humidity of the room is 0-100%. Gas pressure at measurements is 0-40 kPa. The gas flow is 0-200 cm3. Accuracy of the device (the boundaries of the main absolute error): C02- ± 0.5%, 02- ± 0.5%, CO and 0.1%

Advantages over analogues: The device uses highly sensitive electrochemical sensors for gases of oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide, and sensors for the flow of gases with a short response time. To record the concentration of carbon dioxide applied side stream method (sidestream-capnometry). Gas samples of alveolar expiratory air flow through the side air line to the module, which has an integrated C02 gas sensor with an intelligent interface and is technologically compatible with radio electronic data processing facilities. At the same time, gas 02 and some other parameters of spirography are recorded in the direct stream (mianstrream) with the corresponding modules. This approach to the problem of measuring the concentration of C02 gives a number of very significant advantages over the method of mianstrream-capnometry, the most important of which is the possibility of simultaneously determining the concentration of several gases in one sample. Pumping out test gas can be performed in passive or active mode, and with sidestream-capnometry, the measurement accuracy is determined by the response time of the sensor. It should be noted that the use of the sidestream-capnometer method in newborns and children requires the development of a specific technique. There is a technology of low-flow detection of C02 from a sidestream - Microstream, which allows its use in neonatal practice. With the help of a computer program, an analysis of indicators is conducted and will give an opinion on the state of human health. According to the data obtained in the case of deviations from the norm of health indicators, the patient’s health status is corrected.
