METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CONDITION OF PLANTS OF NATURAL ECOCENOSES INTRODUCED AND AGRICULTURAL PLANTS
Purpose of the development:
Determination of the state of plants of natural ecocenoses in adverse conditions; environmental monitoring (bioindication) of the environment; search for plant test objects for biotesting of the environment; determination of the status of introduced plants; determine the resistance to the adverse factors of new varieties of agricultural crops in the genetic-breeding work.
Recommended application field:
Agro-industrial complex. Ecological monitoring of the natural environment.
Advantages over analogues:
There are no absolute analogues. Gives an integral assessment of the state of plants under the action of a complex of negative environmental factors suitable for testing various types, resolves issues of early diagnosis of stress state long before the appearance of external signs - changes in shape and color, stunted growth and development, accelerated aging of the organism.

Description of the development:
() As a biological indicator of the physiological state of a plant, the biomarker content of protein nature in the plant sample (leaves) determined by immunodetection is used. For immunodetection, monoclonal antibodies specific to this protein of a wide range of organisms, including plant, are used.
